Description

The Fitzgerald Building, commonly referred to as the Physics Building, houses the Department of Physics. This six-storey structure includes a range of facilities for both research and teaching in the field of physics: Ground Floor: Features laboratories and offices. Basement: Contains the radioactive storage and laser room. First and Second Floors: House the tea room, additional offices, and laboratories. Roof: Equipped with an observatory for astronomical research and observation.

The main door of the building faces south and is marked with "Physical Laboratory" engraved above it. This entrance leads into the main lobby and ground floor facilities.
