Description
The Graduate Memorial Building, GMB, is primarily operated by the Historical and Philosophical Society, known as the Hist and Phil respectively. Access is therefore limited to members of these societies or during events. There are many rooms, including large society rooms, with pool tables, debate chambers, social rooms, computer room, library and society meeting spaces.

Access Tips | Submit a tip
- From top floor library you can hear the noise of pool balls below, good to know as can sound unusual when you do not know.
- Yoga classes take place in the top library room sometimes.
- There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor, and you can ask security to open it if you need to use it.
- Everyone is allowed go upstairs and into any of the large rooms and sometimes some of the smaller offices.
