Description
House 47 now houses Student 2 Student (S2S) and some Counselling Services. The S2S Student Space is available to all students. There is a bookable Zoom Room for making private video calls, a cosy 1:1 Room for Peer Support, and a shared student space that is available to all students or can be booked for small group meet-ups. There is a microwave, a water cooler, a kettle, and coffee/tea. Food is allowed. There is also seating, plug sockets, bean bags, plants, a table, and Bluetooth speakers that students can use to play their favourite tunes. House 47 is also a secondary location for Student Counselling Services. If you have an appointment with Student Counselling in House 47, there is a waiting room just off the main S2S Student Space. Staff members are very friendly and happy to help you find your way.

- House 47 has two entrances, a main one and a side door. The main door is accessible and is found between the two archways in the courtyard. The side door is under an archway and is often locked and inaccessible. The main door leads into the main S2S Student Space, where you can also access the Counselling waiting room.
- The pathway up to the door is old stone tiles, some of them are a little uneven so be mindful.
- If you use a wheelchair, the main student space has some nooks where you can tuck yourself in for comfort.

Building is accessible at all levels (the whole space is ground floor level). The entrance has a power-assisted door.
There is an accessible bathroom with a low sink and mirror. Unfortunately the door is not power-assisted, and the emergency cord only activates a light (no alarm). The bathroom leads on to the emergency exit.
