Description
This is a room specifically for staff/students who experience pain or fatigue due to a disability (respite), or who are breastfeeding and would like a quiet space for this (parenting). It has seating, adjustable lighting, and a sink. This room can only be used by one person at a time, and can be booked online for one-hour slots by those using it as a respite space. For more information on booking, College Health Respite Space is located just off the main reception area in the College Health Centre at Printing House Square and is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. The College Health Respite Space is provided only to students who have applied for supports with the DS. Only those who have been specifically referred for respite by their Disability Officer can access this room. The College Health Respite Space must be booked in advance of use. Students are limited to 1 booking per day to ensure availability for other students. The College Health Respite Space can be booked through Online Booking Calendar the only.

The room is deep under the Printing House Square building with nearly no external noise, except for a faint phone ringing from the health centre reception desk. The room has a clinical smell and is kept well clean and sterilised.
The keys can picked up from the health centre reception desk, you can then ask someone to escort you to the room.
The room is located on the right as you go down the hall from the reception desk, signage can be found on the door.
