Room has level access and is on ground floor. Room has space for wheelchair users to move around, but as furniture is not fixed there may be obstructions at times to parts of the room.

From the main entrance, past reception through the double doors on the right, continue down the hallway and through another set of double doors, entrance to the montgomery lecture hall is to your left.
Hallways are quite wide, with sets of push double doors.
