The space is furnished with a variety of seating options, from colourful and neutral sofas to tables, and is adorned with artwork that adds a touch of creativity and calm. The room is partitioned into two sections, offering flexibility for group gatherings or more private study sessions. The natural lighting and green foliage contribute to a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal space for unwinding between classes.

The space offers a calming sensory experience. The walls are painted a light blue, contributing to a tranquil atmosphere, while the natural, dim lighting enhances the space's peaceful ambience. Green foliage adds a touch of nature, and the space is divided into two rooms—one with colourful sofas and another with neutral tones—allowing students to choose the environment that best suits their mood. The outside corridor, with skylight windows, is warm and filled with natural sunlight.
To find the Social Space, enter the building and take the stairs or lift to the first floor. Once upstairs, the social space is adjacent to gendered and accessible toilets, with a prayer room located on the same floor. For refreshments, vending and coffee machines can be found on the ground floor.
The building offers ramp access for ease of entry, and the internal door to the equipped with an automatic button system. However, the main entrance door requires manual operation, which may pose challenges for some students. The social space and common room has a push/pull doors which may also require assistance. Despite these limitations, the space is designed to be as inclusive as possible, with accessible toilets available on the same floor.
